I went to bed feeling like shit and exhausted. An hour and a half later and still no sleep, I decided to get up and take some benadryl. Figured it might help clear out my nose and knock me out.
A couple of more hours later I decided to try and take some melatonin. It's what I take now to help my muscles relax and works rather well for me.
It's 1:46am and I haven't gotten any sleep.
I feel like my head has been hit by a truck.
